A Manufacturer of a missile case was looking for a way to improve his product.
We created a Job Map of Transporting missile and discovered two key metrics which represent a bottle neck in the process: (1) Minimize the time it takes to upload the missile case; (2) Minimize the likelihood of missile electro-optics (EO) payload is damaged from case sides.
Successful new case was designed – Double cases for reducing the time it takes to upload the missile with enhanced edges to eliminate the likelihood of EO payload is damaged from case sides.
